With experience for over 31 years, he specialises in Indirect Tax Advisory and Litigation Matters, besides pursuing Direct Tax Matters and Audits. He boasts of a rich and varied experience in the field of Goods and Services Tax Litigation. Additionally, Jayesh makes regular representations at the Appellate Authority under the erstwhile VAT, Goods and Services Tax Act, and Income Tax Act.

Bimal Mehta is the Director of JVX Media Services and the Group Director of Vakils . Over the last 26 years, he has been involved in the restructuring of Vakils—from a traditional print company to a technology driven company. At Vakils, he was instrumental in bringing NYSE listed Bowne & Co. Inc. (recently acquired by RR Donnelley), the world’s largest financial printing company to India.

Bimal has also been involved in setting up an equity joint venture between Perivan Ltd. (a technology firm based in London, UK) and Vakils Premedia. Perivan India Pvt. Ltd. provides software solutions for financial and professional services, which was acquired by Diligent (a modern governance company).

Prior to joining Vakils, Bimal worked at CRISIL (India’s first credit rating agency) as a research associate. He was part of the founding team to set up the information services business at CRISIL.

Bimal has an MBA from Boston University, School of Management.

Harekrishna Dave is the COO at JVX Media Services. He has experience in the field of Direct Tax and Income Tax Litigation. Moreover, Harekrishna makes regular representations at the Appellate Authority under the Income Tax Act.

Furthermore, Dave looks after the procedural compliances of Income Tax Advisory, Filing of Income Tax Returns, Conducting Statutory Audits and Tax Audits (Direct Tax) and Financial Services - Loan Procurement, and leads a team of qualified professionals.
